Privacy Notice

AdgentikFlo is operated under the Adgentiks name. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact jay@adgentikflo.com with privacy questions or requests.

1. Data we collect

• Application and contact data, including name, work email, company, role, website, workload and application answers.
• Account and workspace data, including profile, team, brands, projects, settings and collaborators.
• Content you provide, including prompts, scripts, documents, images, audio, video, product references and feedback.
• Billing data, including plan, subscription and transaction identifiers. Stripe processes full payment-card details; we do not store them.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, device/browser information, logs, feature events, error details and security signals.
• Messages you send to support and your communication preferences.

2. Why we use it

• To review applications, create accounts, provide the service and perform our contract.
• To process subscriptions, administer allowances and maintain transaction records.
• To secure, diagnose and improve the service, prevent abuse and support users, based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and useful product.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
• To send product or launch marketing where you consent, or where otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the effect on your rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.

3. AI processing

When you ask for an AI feature, relevant prompts, files and context are sent to the provider selected for that feature so it can return the requested result. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about applicants or customers.

4. Who receives data

We use providers for hosting and delivery, databases and authentication, object storage, payments, application forms, transactional email, analytics and error monitoring, customer support, and AI generation. Current core providers include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, Typeform and Resend, plus the AI provider used for the feature you choose. We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in a business reorganisation.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. Contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for recovery, disputes and security. Application, support and security records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes. Billing and transaction records may be kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Backups and provider logs expire on their operating schedules. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed, unless law requires retention.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may withdraw consent and opt out of marketing. Email jay@adgentikflo.com. We may need to verify your identity. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences and keeping the service working. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies on the public site at launch. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

9. Security and changes

We use access controls, private storage, encryption in transit and operational monitoring designed to protect data. No system is completely secure. We will update this notice when our processing materially changes and show the effective date above.
