Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the AdgentikFlo Terms of Service. You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, outputs and how you publish them.

1. Do not use AdgentikFlo to

• break the law, facilitate crime, fraud, deception, harassment, threats or abuse;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation;
• impersonate a real person deceptively, clone a voice or likeness without permission, or mislead people about material AI-generated content;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or data-protection rights;
• make unlawful discriminatory decisions or target people using unlawfully obtained or sensitive personal data;
• publish false testimonials, fabricated evidence, deceptive offers, prohibited health or financial claims, or content designed to manipulate or defraud;
• send spam, malware or harmful code; probe security; bypass access, allowance or safety controls; scrape the service; or disrupt other users;
• resell, share or automate access in a way that exceeds your plan or avoids the approved application and payment flow;
• use outputs in a way prohibited by an applicable advertising platform, AI provider or other third-party service.

2. Rights and consent

Only upload material you are authorised to use. Obtain appropriate consent for people’s images, voices, personal data, testimonials and endorsements. Keep evidence for advertising claims and any required disclosures.

3. Human review

Review AI outputs before publishing. Check accuracy, brand safety, rights, platform rules and laws that apply to the audience and market. AdgentikFlo is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove access to content, restrict a feature, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a breach. We may report suspected unlawful activity when required by law. Where appropriate, we will consider context, severity, recurrence and whether the issue can be corrected.

5. Report a concern

Email jay@adgentikflo.com with the relevant workspace, content or account details. Do not include more personal or sensitive information than needed.
